Every piece is checked before it leaves our hands: Is the structure stable? Does it open and close smoothly? Is the surface flat? Can it bear the weight?
Four. Honesty matters more than exaggeration.
Solid wood is solid wood. Veneer is veneer. No blurring, no exaggeration. Where it touches skin, food, or children, safety matters more than looks.
Five. Time is the best inspector.
We are not very interested in styles that are popular this year and outdated next year. We want a piece to still be practical five years from now, still look right ten years from now, and fit naturally into your life.
